PropertyDataPro ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our Google Sheets™ Add-on.

2. Data Collection & Retention

  • User Account Info: We collect your email address solely to manage your account subscription and unique user identification.
  • Spreadsheet Data: We access specific cells you select to perform cleaning or enrichment operations. This data is processed transiently in memory. We do not store, log, or persist your spreadsheet data on our servers. Once the cleaning operation is complete, the data is discarded immediately.

3. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others. We share limited data with the following third-party service providers solely for the purpose of operating the application:

  • Google Gemini (AI Service): We transmit specific text data (property descriptions, addresses) that you select to Google's Gemini API for processing (e.g., standardizing addresses). Google does not use this data to train their models due to our enterprise agreement.
  • PayPal: We transmit anonymized transaction data to PayPal to verify payment status/credits.

4. Data Protection Mechanisms

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information:

  • Encryption: All data transmitted between your Google Sheet, our backend, and third-party APIs is encrypted using industry-standard HTTPS/TLS (Transport Layer Security).
  • Access Control: Our application runs within Google's secure Apps Script infrastructure. No human has access to your transient data during processing.

5. Google User Data & Limited Use

PropertyDataPro's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
