3. User Accounts & Credits

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. Our service operates on a credit-based system. Credits purchased are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

4. Limitation of Liability

PropertyDataPro is provided "as is". We are not liable for any data loss, inaccuracies in processing, or damages resulting from the use of our tool. You should always backup your data before performing bulk operations.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
